Role Overview<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sage X3 Consultant to lead the design, implementation, customization, and support of Sage X3 ERP solutions across our business. This role requires strong functional and technical expertise, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to manage complex Sage X3 projects from end to end.
\n\tThis is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work remotely with occasional on-site engagements.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tLead the full lifecycle of Sage X3 implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and support.
\n\tAnalyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Sage X3.
\n\tCustomize and configure Sage X3 modules to meet business needs (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, Mobile ADC, etc.).
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.
\n\tDevelop and maintain system documentation, including specifications, test plans, and training materials.
\n\tProvide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for functional and technical issues.
\n\tManage stakeholder relationships and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Sage X3.
\n\tSupport integrations between Sage X3 and third-party systems.
\n\tMentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.<\/p>\n
Experience & Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sage X3, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
\n\tIn-depth knowledge of key Sage X3 modules (e.g., Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, Projects).
\n\tStrong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and\/or production.
\n\tProven experience in Sage X3 configuration and customisation, including workflows, reports, and scripts.
\n\tTechnical knowledge of Sage X3 architecture, database structure (SQL), and reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, SEI, Sd & A (ZAP).
\n\tExperience with data migration, testing, and training strategies.
\n\tExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
\n\tAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
Desired skills<\/p>\n
\tSage X3 certification(s).
\n\tExperience with web services, APIs, or Sage X3 integrations is a plus.
\n\tKnowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK) is a plus.
\n\tExposure to other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) is a plus.
\n\tPrevious consultancy experience with an ERP implementation partner.<\/p>\n
