\tWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team and provide effective HR administrative support. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting communication between employees and the Company.<\/p>\n
Qualification & Experience:<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
\n\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in Human Resources environment will be advantageous
\n\tProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
\n\tKnowledgeable of LRA, BCEA.
\n\tSage 300 experience will be advantageous
\n\tMust be fully bilingual and fluent Afrikaans and English<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tOrganise and maintain personnel records on Sage 300
\n\tUpdate internal databases Sage 300 (KPA\u2019s, loading of documents and linking of positions)
\n\tEnsure that database is updated
\n\tPrepare HR documents, including wage employment contracts and job descriptions
\n\tEnsure that all relevant company policies are signed and filed.
\n\tAssist with manpower statistics.
\n\tProvide assistance with the termination processes, like provident fund and exit interviews \u00a0
\n\tAssist with the induction process of wage employees.
\n\tLiaise and assist the HR Manager to ensure the department operates effectively and efficiently<\/p>\n
