What will you do?<\/p>\n
\tTo offer world class products and services to clients, whilst achieving targets in an inbound and outbound call center environment. \u00a0<\/p>\n
What will make you successful in this role?<\/p>\n
\tA Client Service Consultant is responsible for the provision of new quotations, acceptance and administration of policies while adhering to underwriting criteria and profiling the client in terms of the determination of a suitable product.
\n\tClient Service Consultants are furthermore responsible for advising clients on all aspects of their policy needs. \u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualification and Experience<\/p>\n
\tMatric\/ Grade 12 \u00a0
\n\tRE Qualification \u00a0
\n\tFAIS compliant (30 credits) \u00a0
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in Personal Lines Short Term Insurance \u00a0
\n\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience in Commercial Lines Short Term Insurance \u00a0
\n\tComputer Literacy (MS Office package) \u00a0
\n\tExperience in a client service environment \u00a0
\n\tExperience in contact centre technology applications \u00a0
\n\tGood understanding of contact centre processes and SLA\u2019s \u00a0<\/p>\n
