NexaVM Sales Specialist, focusing on driving sales and gross profit through resellers, managing reseller accounts, maintaining product knowledge, completing vendor certifications, and meeting specific office and communication standards, with an emphasis on client advocacy, strategic planning, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.<br \/>\n\tActing as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer\u2019s experience.<br \/>\n\tRepresent and grow the Brands withing the target client base.<\/p>\n<p>Lenovo &amp; NexaVM Sales Specialist Job Duties and Responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>Sales<\/p>\n<p>\tDriving Gross Profit targets through Resellers.<br \/>\n\tSelling a defined product portfolio within existing Resellers.<br \/>\n\tDisplay key competencies of product knowledge, and brand programs across the relevant portfolio of products.<br \/>\n\tBusiness Review Sessions with brand manager.<br \/>\n\tBi-weekly sales review with Brand Manager and Vendor.<br \/>\n\tDrive targeted partner development planning.<br \/>\n\tDrive Sales Strategy and overview sessions with resellers including sales, operational and technical updates.<br \/>\n\tBuild and manage effective relationships with relevant team members, vendors and resellers.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the satisfactory execution of the aligned business plan in conjunction with your Line Manager and Brand Managers.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrate sales growth.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrate the ability to Create \/ Identify and Qualify new deals to sustain the required levels of pipeline and target coverage.<br \/>\n\tReport opportunity details brand manager on a regular basis (weekly) showing deal progression and pipeline creation and management of pipeline \u00a0using the Customer Relationship Management system.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that sales targets are achieved and report any deviations with detailed explanations.<br \/>\n\tEnsure targeted profit margins are achieved.<br \/>\n\tMeet regularly with all assigned resellers and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels<br \/>\n\tEnsure weekly activities and minutes of meetings are reported to Line Manager.<br \/>\n\tEnsure sales reports and sales forecasts are submitted to Line Manager.<br \/>\n\tStrategy planning.<br \/>\n\tTake end user requirements and work closely with pre-sales and reseller to meet those requirements.<br \/>\n\tMaintaining updated knowledge of Vendor products and services.<\/p>\n<p>Reseller Account Management<\/p>\n<p>\tEngage with Resellers and Brand Managers on required Marketing events\/initiatives.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the achievement of the position of Trusted Advisor in Reseller Accounts<br \/>\n\tEnsure customers receive newsletters, pricing, special promotional offers, training etc.<br \/>\n\tRecord detailed account information.<br \/>\n\tDevelop a strategic account plan for each allocated account.<br \/>\n\tComprehensive understanding of all role players, budgets, purchasing, and competitors within assigned accounts.<br \/>\n\tFacilitate &amp;
