About the role<\/p>\n
\tAs Head of Finance and Administration, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the Client Portfolio Financial Department, develop systems that cater for the reporting needs of Property Owners and applying material and manpower resources to achieve objectives outlined in the strategy specific to minor organizational function.<\/p>\n

\tB Com Accounting \/ Financial Management or CA (SA)
\n\t3 years articles
\n\t5 years relevant experiencein the property management industry essential
\n\tComputer literacy in SAP\/SAP BI, MS Office – Excel Advanced, Outlook and Word
\n\tDetailed knowledge of all financial policies, procedures and processes, capital expenditure, contract management legal aspects, income statements, balances sheets, budgets, forecasts, IFRS and Tax.<\/p>\n
What you will be doing<\/p>\n
Portfolio Management and Reporting:<\/p>\n
\tOverall control and management of the Finance, Leasing, Billing, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Credit Control and Management Company Reporting for the Portfolio.
\n\tManaging and providing guidance to Reporting and Operational Financial Managers
\n\tAssisting in and reviewing of deliverables due to client:
\n\tProvide Management information and reports
\n\tPro-active communication with and feedback clients
\n\tProvide ad-hoc reports as required
\n\tHandling of queries related to financial reporting
\n\tAuditing & Analytical explanations
\n\tAdjustment Account Management
\n\tManagement information and reports
\n\tMonthly statutory reporting
\n\tCash management and distributions to owners and coowners
\n\tAttend monthly Manco meetings with client
\n\tManagement of cashflow and owner payments including management of banking
\n\tCalculation and management of client KPI scorecard
\n\tBEE Spend management
\n\tCompilation of OPSCO report and attending the
\n\tOPSCO meeting.
\n\tMaintenance of Standard Management Pack
\n\tMaintenance and enhancing of policies and procedures
\n\tDrafting new policies as and when required by landlord and management company.
\n\tBudgeting and Forecasting\u00a0
\n\tManagement of contractual information input in SAP and other related systems
\n\tLease audits
\n\tAutomation of processes with regards to reporting and management fees.
\n\tLiaise with IT on a continuous basis to improve reporting and ensure automatization of reports.
\n\tReview results for the Business Unit
\n\tPeople Management
\n\tRisk and Compliance
\n\tCredit vetting and legal<\/p>\n
