Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tThe Sales Administrator is responsible for assisting the Sales Executives with sales calls on Mustek Products and building customer relationships.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Sales Assistance<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for processing orders by telephone, email or mail.
\n\tCheck that orders include the correct prices, discounts and product numbers and enter them into the company\u2019s computer system.
\n\tAdministrators maintain sales records and update customer records.
\n\tProvide information on sales by product line or territory that sales managers use to prepare reports and monitor performance.
\n\tProcessing a high volume of product orders.
\n\tProcessing invoices for all sales transactions.
\n\tChecking prices and contracts are up to date.
\n\tReporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
\n\tSupporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team\u2019s objectives.
\n\tTaking phone calls from customers.
\n\tCommunicating internally important feedback from customers.
\n\tProcessing staff timesheets.
\n\tDealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.<\/p>\n
Education and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tSales and\/or Marketing qualification preferred
\n\t1 year experience within ICT industry sales and marketing<\/p>\n
Skills and Knowledge:<\/p>\n
\tExposure to chain stores
\n\tComputer knowledge, specifically MS office applications
\n\tBasic knowledge of budgeting, sales and marketing principles
\n\tICT industry knowledge
\n\tGood administration skills
\n\tGood telephone etiquette
\n\tGood communication skills
\n\tGood people handling skills
\n\tNetworking skills
\n\tOrganising skills
\n\tTime management skills
\n\tEfficient computer literacy especially in MS applications<\/p>\n
