\n\tWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing traditional and gourmet pizzas, with a keen eye for detail, taste, and presentation. If you know your way around a wood-fired oven and can hand-stretch dough like a pro, we want to hear from you!<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tWork with product development to improve existing recipes and create new recipes
\n\tRoll out new and fresh ideas
\n\tTrain staff at store level
\n\tInnovation of pizza\u2019s
\n\tMake dough from scratch and ensure proper fermentation and proofing
\n\tOperate and maintain pizza ovens (wood-fired)
\n\tEnsure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
\n\tCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
\n\tCreate new pizza recipes or seasonal specials to keep the menu fresh and exciting<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience as a Pizza Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
\n\tExperienced in dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques
\n\tFamiliarity with various types of ovens and pizza styles (Neapolitan, New York, Sicilian etc.)
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and multitask effectively
\n\tStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality
\n\tExcellent time management and communication skills
\n\tCulinary\/ Chef qualification or a minimum of 5 years of experience as a pizza chef<\/p>\n
