\tWe are seeking a mid-senior Project Manager\/Scrum Master to join our team, responsible for delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects across Agile and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will bring formal PM and Agile certification, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of on-time, within-budget delivery.
\n\tWe are seeking a dynamic, certified, and experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO). This is a dual-function role, carrying responsibility as both a Project Manager and an embedded Scrum Master across project teams.
\n\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects across Agile and hybrid (Agile\/Waterfall) environments. You will bring formal project management and Agile certification, a strong stakeholder engagement capability, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
\n\tOperating within a fast-paced IT and infrastructure environment, you will manage projects spanning AI, cloud infrastructure (IaaS), virtualization (VDC), networking, and data protection (Veeam). You will work closely with the Programme Manager, technical leads, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery aligned to organizational goals.<\/p>\n
High-level Job Objectives<\/p>\n
Project Planning & Delivery<\/p>\n
\tPlan, schedule, and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
\n\tDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones using appropriate tools.
\n\tMonitor and track project progress, identifying risks and issues early and escalating where necessary.
\n\tPrepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and the Programme Manager.
\n\tEnsure projects are delivered within agreed scope, budget, and timeline constraints.<\/p>\n
Resource Management & Scheduling<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate and manage resource allocation across project teams, ensuring optimal utilization.
\n\tDevelop and maintain resource plans and scheduling forecasts to support project delivery.
\n\tWork with team leads and stakeholders to identify resource gaps and resolve conflicts proactively.
\n\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date project schedules using the Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, etc.) and other Project Management tools(Jira, Smartsheet etc)
\n\tTrack and report on resource capacity and demand to the Programme Manager.<\/p>\n
Agile \/ Scrum Master Duties<\/p>\n
\tFacilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
\n\tCoach and support project teams in adopting and embedding Agile principles and best practices.
\n\tMaintain and manage the product and sprint backlogs in collaboration with the Product Owner.
\n\tRemove impediments and blockers that hinder team performance and sprint delivery.
\n\tTrack and report on sprint velocity, burndown, and other Agile metrics.<\/p>\n
Process Improvement<\/p>\n
\tIdentify opportunities for process improvement across project delivery practices and workflows.
\n\tSupport the implementation and embedding of improved processes, templates, and standards.
\n\tContribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Project Management Office (PMO) framework.
\n\tDocument lessons learned and apply these to future project delivery<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Management & Communication<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
\n\tCommunicate project updates clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
\n\tFacilitate workshops, meetings, and collaborative sessions as required.
\n\tPrepare high-quality project documentation, presentations, and reports.<\/p>\n

\tMinimum 3\u20135 years of project management experience
\n\tMinimum 2 years delivering projects in an Agile\/Scrum environment
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience working both independently and in a Team oriented, collaborative environment<\/p>\n
Job Knowledge<\/p>\n
\tCompetent working knowledge with various Project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com
\n\tWorking knowledge of AI, IaaS, VDC, Veeam, Networking
\n\tKnowledge of Project management, Process improvement, Methodical process driven tasks
\n\tCompetent working knowledge with various software programs: Word, Excel, Outlook<\/p>\n

\n\tStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tExperience working within a PMO or structured project delivery environment.
\n\tFamiliarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Planner.
\n\tExposure to both Agile and Waterfall (hybrid) delivery environments.
\n\tExperience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
