Role Purpose<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for defining, implementing and evolving the enterprise process architecture and BPM capability across the organisation, enabling end-to-end traceability from strategy to execution and supporting data-driven optimisation, automation and governance.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDefine and maintain enterprise process architecture across all levels (L0\u2013L4), aligned to business strategy and value chains.
\n\tEstablish and govern a single source of truth for process models, taxonomy and standards.
\n\tDesign and implement BPM governance frameworks, process ownership structures and operating models.
\n\tLead enterprise BPM maturity uplift initiatives and embed governance, compliance and audit readiness.
\n\tOwn and optimise process platforms such as ARIS, Celonis or equivalent tools.
\n\tEnable end-to-end traceability across business processes, systems, data and controls.
\n\tCollaborate closely with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment between process design and system architecture.
\n\tEnsure process models explicitly reflect system interactions, integration points and data flows.
\n\tIdentify process inefficiencies, automation opportunities and optimisation potential.
\n\tDefine and track process performance metrics including cost, cycle time, automation and compliance.
\n\tBuild and support a Process Engineering Community of Practice (CoP).
\n\tProvide training, standards and modelling guidance to ensure consistent adoption.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in enterprise process architecture design and BPM capability implementation.
\n\tStrong knowledge of BPMN modelling standards and process lifecycle management.
\n\tHands-on experience with ARIS, Celonis or equivalent BPM\/process mining tools.
\n\tExperience linking business processes to systems, applications, data and architecture artefacts.
\n\tExperience working with Solution Architecture and\/or Enterprise Architecture teams.
\n\tUnderstanding of system integration patterns and end-to-end traceability (process to system to data).
\n\tStrong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
\n\tAbility to work independently and deliver across multiple business areas.<\/p>\n
Advantages<\/p>\n
\tBanking or financial services experience.
\n\tExperience in federated or agile delivery environments.
\n\tExposure to process mining, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
