\tAs a Pricing Supervisor, you will play a critical role in implementing and managing pricing strategies that enhance profitability and competitiveness.
\n\tThis role is based within our JHB Seafreight branch at Linbro Park – Head Office.<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 Certificate
\n\t3-year freight forwarding related qualification at NQF level 6 OR 7<\/p>\n
Knowledge and experience<\/p>\n
\t5-10 years\u2019 (Sea \/ Road \/ Multimodal) experience in the Clearing and Forwarding Industry in a controller \/ estimator \/ client focused capacity. Vertical strength like automotive, etc. would be advantageous
\n\tINCO Terms
\n\tKnowledge of DGR, Temp Control, Break-Bulk and High Value cargo an advantage
\n\tProduct specific freight handling & movement requirements
\n\tBasic international trade principles
\n\tApplicable sections of Import & Export control Act
\n\tPrevious client engagement skills an advantage, this role requires client centricity
\n\tA good understand of customs clearance procedures and associated documentation required
\n\tAligning in co-ordinance with Functional business objectives and strategies
\n\tA good understanding of the Rate structures applicable for Freight Forwarding in all aspects and all modes
\n\tCarrier & depot conditions of trade
\n\tTariff calculation concepts
\n\tA good understanding around National currencies and international codes
\n\tDetail oriented – Accuracy and attention to details
\n\tProblem solving skills and decision-making skills
\n\tInterpersonal skills
\n\tGood communication skills (written &verbal)
\n\tTime management \u2013 must work well under pressure<\/p>\n

\n\tDynamic self-starter that works independently and can handle pressure<\/p>\n
