JOB SUMMARY<\/p>\n
\tTo oversee all daily operations and imperatives, work through shift leadership to select and evaluate EMS staff and track and report out daily, weekly and monthly utilization statistics. This individual will contribute and adhere to organization’s budget as it relates to operations and other areas of responsibility.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tALS (Advanced Life Support) or ILS (Intermediate Life Support) certificate
\n\tHPCSA Registration<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 5 years of operational experience in emergency medical services
\n\t3 years in a leadership role
\n\tDriver’s license required, Code 10 & Pdrp
\n\tExperience with operational areas, such as vehicle operations and maintenance, EMS protocols scheduling, utilization review<\/p>\n

DELIVERABLES<\/p>\n
\tOversee the daily operations, strategic planning, and efficient delivery of ambulance services.
\n\tCoordinate and oversee the provision of medical services for events, ensuring proper planning, resource allocation, and staffing.
\n\tProvide leadership and guidance to a team of emergency medical personnel and support staff.
\n\tMonitor safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, protocols, and best practices..
\n\tManage stock utilization and drive product management processes within unit together with relevant stakeholders.
\n\tResponsible for compliance with and enforcement of company\/department policies and procedures.
\n\tEnsures inspection of emergency vehicles and make sure that all equipment complies with rules, ordinances, and regulations.
\n\tInvestigates and resolves incoming customer service inquiries from hospitals, nursing staff, and patients pertaining to field employee performance and patient care. Troubleshoot immediate issues as they arise: risk management issues, infection control, HR incidents, etc.<\/p>\n
