Main Purpose of the job:<\/p>\n
\tThe Facilitator (Trainer) Assessor & Moderator Cleaning will be responsible for conducting Learnership training, Assess and Moderate Learnerships as well as facilitate on-the-job training to ensure employees and learners acquire the skills and develop the competencies required by the organisation to meet it’s objectives.<\/p>\n
Education and experience:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tFurther education and training certificate: ODETD (Minimum NQF Level 4) will be an advantage
\n\tRegistered as an Assessor and Moderator at SSETA for the following:
\n\tSAQA ID \u2013 57937, NQF Level 1
\n\tSAQA ID \u2013 36233, NQF Level 2
\n\tSAQA ID \u2013 20175, NQF Level 3
\n\tHygiene and Cleaning related qualifications and practical experience in the cleaning Industry
\n\tOwn Vehicle and valid drivers licence
\n\tKnowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
\n\tGood numeric and administrative skills
\n\tGood planning, leading, negotiation, and organizational skills
\n\tGood interpersonal skills
\n\tWell-groomed
\n\tProactive and takes initiative
\n\tExcellent people management skills
\n\tComputer literate (MS Office)
\n\tAbility to work flexible hours as required
\n\tAbility to travel<\/p>\n
Key areas of responsibility:<\/p>\n
\tAchieve facilitation, assessment, moderating and other targets
\n\tWorking closely with training partners to ensure that the business meets all the set training standards and \u00a0criteria
\n\tAttend stakeholder meetings
\n\tDeliver appropriate training to employees, learners and other stakeholders involved on various topics
\n\tDevise and utilise a scheme of work and lesson plans
\n\tMaintain required training records
\n\tPrepare for and facilitate learning, conduct assessments, post course evaluations and write reports
\n\tMaintain accreditation and registration with quality assessment partners, current knowledge of related topics\/field of expertise
\n\tKeep updated with best practice, market trends and new business opportunities received<\/p>\n
