ROLE PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tTo implement and manage a cleaning services solution using a roving team for Clients in accordance with the SLA<\/p>\n
MAIN OUTPUTS<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for driving gardening, cleaning and hygiene services using multiple schedules
\n\tEnsure delivery of efficient services as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) at the correct frequencies
\n\tIdentify gaps and deficiencies in services, advise and effect solutions as part of Continuous Improvement on cleaning services rendered
\n\tAssist in the management of cleaning service projects and provide technical support, where applicable
\n\tDemonstrate and instill effective adherence to processes on equipment maintenance
\n\tExplore and recommend innovative methods, based on best practices, in order to bring about cost-effective solutions
\n\tEnsure timeous processing of adherence schedules
\n\tProvide monthly reports and feedback on continued compliance to the SLA
\n\tBuilding strategic relationships both internally and externally
\n\tManage staff performance & facilitate improvement through regularly monitoring performance & providing required coaching, support & feedback
\n\tManage performance & conflict amongst subordinate employees & effect corrective actions, in line with company policies\/procedure
\n\tEnsure adequate staff placement i.e. prepare suitable shift-roster and manage\/approve applicable leave for subordinate employees
\n\tSafety: Safe operating procedures; Equipment safety inspection; Safe storage of chemicals.
\n\tResponsible for training, coaching, mentoring & development of subordinate employees
\n\tImage: Uniforms and dress code; Condition of vehicles ; Appearance of equipment.
\n\tEquipment: Equipment availability; Equipment storage; Equipment condition and safety.
\n\tProper recordkeeping of mileage; submit fuel slips timeously; ensure vehicle servicing is done; compliance to company vehicle policy<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
\nThe Applicant must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\tRelevant Tertiary Qualification
\n\tMatric (Senior Certificate)
\n\tValid SA Driver\u2019s License
\n\t3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management & Financial Management
\n\tFacilities Management, CRM, Property Management
\n\tMS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level),
\n\tKnowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management, Risk Management Systems, Property Law & Contractual Law<\/p>\n
