Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12 or equivalent
\n\t3 Years previous experience in the automotive industry warranty policies and procedures will be advantageous.
\n\tComputer literacy with strong data entry and reporting skills.
\n\tProficient in computer applications – (EVOLVE software system preferred). \u00a0
\n\tStrong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
\n\tCustomer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities to interact with various departments, suppliers, and customers.
\n\tAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
\n\tStrong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
\n\tProficient in Afrikaans & English
\n\tClear criminal record<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tResearch and prepare warranty documentation for service work.
\n\tReview, process, and administer warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements.
\n\tAssist customers with warranty services and documentation.
\n\tMonitor and respond to customer inquiries regarding warranty issues.
\n\tMaintain up-to-date knowledge of warranty programs through training.
\n\tEnsure compliance with warranty specifications and maintain accurate records.
\n\tTrack defective products and manage batch withdrawals if required.
\n\tCoordinate with accounts to settle warranty claims.
\n\tPerform general administrative tasks within the service department.<\/p>\n
