\tOur client seeks a Junior Business and Systems Analyst to join their newly formalised Bus & Sys Ops department. Your mission: be the frontline resource for system stability, process integrity, and data accuracy across their core applications (ERP, CRM, E-commerce).
\n\tThis is a high-impact, foundational role for someone ready to help transform institutional knowledge into scalable systems and enable their exponential growth.<\/p>\n
DUTIES:<\/p>\n
\tSystem Support:\u00a0First point of contact for day-to-day system issues; monitor performance, data flows, and integrations.
\n\tProcess Integrity:\u00a0Map business processes, identify inefficiencies, and maintain workflow documentation.
\n\tAutomation:\u00a0Build and maintain low-code automations (e.g., com) to reduce manual effort.
\n\tAnalysis:\u00a0Gather requirements from stakeholders; translate into functional specs; assist with UAT and training.
\n\tOptimisation:\u00a0Proactively recommend system or process improvements to enable data-driven decisions.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tEducation:\u00a0Degree or diploma in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or related field.
\n\tExperience:\u00a00\u20132 years in business analysis, systems support, or data operations (internships included).
\n\tTechnical:\u00a0Basic data analysis (Excel\/Google Sheets); familiarity with low-code automation tools (com, Zapier); exposure to ERP\/CRM\/E-commerce platforms a plus.<\/p>\n
