Asset Management<\/p>\n
\tAssist the Asset Management Specialist with the implementation of the Fixed Asset Management Policy and Procedure.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tMaintain an accurate Fixed Asset Register (FAR).
\n\tUndertake regular fixed asset audits in accordance with the compliance objectives.
\n\tEnsure that all the assets are bar coded.
\n\tProvide information into the Asset Write off report.<\/p>\n
Fleet Management \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate the booking and usage of pool vehicles and provide the necessary utilisation reports.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure the correct completion of pool vehicle logbooks.
\n\tEnsure the maintenance, and cleaning of all pool vehicles.
\n\tRegular safety checks of vehicles.<\/p>\n
Workspace Management<\/p>\n
\tAssist in the coordination and administration of office space allocations and movements.<\/p>\n
Adhoc assistance with Repairs and Maintenance\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tProvide support to the Repairs and Maintenance Function.<\/p>\n
Management of labour-saving devices (Photocopiers)<\/p>\n
\tManage the fleet of photocopiers\u2019 contract.<\/p>\n
Health & safety \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSupport in the administration of the Health and Safety of the corporate office.<\/p>\n
Property Management<\/p>\n
\tManage the utilities account for the Corporate Office.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification:\u00a0Certificate\u00a0in one of the following:<\/p>\n
\tAsset Management
\n\tFinance \/ Accounting
\n\tLogistics \/ Supply Chain
\n\tBusiness Administration
\n\tor a related field<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience:\u00a05 years\u2019 experience in asset management, inventory control, or a similar role.<\/p>\n
