The Role:<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for providing quality technical support and for developing the technical competencies of internal and external customers.<\/p>\n
Main Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProvide technical support to end users, operators and service personnel in cases of complex technical issues.
\n\tCoaching and training with Technicians and Specialists
\n\tProvide relevant feedback to Product Support Managers to enable improvements to the equipment or its operations.
\n\tProvide technical expertise into the sales and business development offering to customers
\n\tProvide assistance in compiling accurate data to process warranty claims and engineering machine improvements.
\n\tReview spare parts recommendations with Parts BLM organization
\n\tProvide information on accuracy of Machine Life Operating Costs (MLOC) to PSM
\n\tInvestigate warranty claims proactively and reactively to enhance customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the Warranty Analyst.
\n\tAssist PSM with field-testing and trials of new products and updated components to ensure proper and safe operation.
\n\tPerform equipment demonstrations in a safe manner.
\n\tProvide on-site technical assistance to resolve issues
\n\tRelationship marketing & Market services<\/p>\n

\tGrade 12\/N3
\n\tRelevant trade certificate
\n\tComputer literacy
\n\tMaintenance experience (10 years)
\n\tSandvik product experience on Rock Drills
\n\tEnglish proficiency
\n\tTrackless mining experience on UG Drills and Bolters
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license
\n\tPhysical & Medical ability to function in a mining environment<\/p>\n
