They support scholar achievement by contributing to a positive classroom environment and practising instructional delivery, while building content knowledge and pedagogical skills aligned to SPARK\u2019s academic and cultural model.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<br \/>\nResponsibilities:<br \/>\nInstruction &amp; Curriculum Delivery\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tCo-plan and co-teach both in-person and distance learning lessons.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tLead and facilitate intervention and acceleration sessions\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPlan and teach select lessons for practice and feedback.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSupport assessments and grade small tasks or homework.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tFacilitate academic, clubs, and enrichment lessons aligned to the curriculum and SPARK\u2019s pedagogical standards.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tParticipate in place-based education and implement SPARK Schools curriculum enrichment activities.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tTeaching through Project Based Learning\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPersonalising teaching through data driven decisions\u00a0<br \/>\n\tDifferentiated instruction driven by technology\u00a0<br \/>\n\tFacilitate coding and robotics lessons\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Collaboration &amp; Planning\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tAssist with marking and data tracking of subjects&#8217; assessments and exams.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tParticipate in professional development, mentorship, check-ins and feedback sessions and ongoing instructional coaching.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tTeacher admin assistance and support\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Scholar Progress Monitoring\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tTrack scholar&#8217;s academic performance and ensure Personalised Learning Plans are on track<br \/>\n\tSubmit and analyse scholar data to monitor growth and implement data-driven interventions under the supervision of the mentor teacher\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMonitor scholar progress in the Innovation HUB (online program engagement)\u00a0<br \/>\n\tActively assist students on all computer programs and ensure that the educational software used in the lab effectively meets the needs of students.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCommunicate and collaborate with teachers and school administrators to create personalised learning plans for students.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tReport all damages to hardware to the and fill out relevant incident reports if needed.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tHold individualised intervention sessions for scholars who need extra support in subjects<br \/>\n\tAchievement enrichment school program\u00a0<br \/>\n\tFacilitate in supervising scholars during the after school program, ensuring play, and structured activities.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure all after school program resources are used responsibly and effectively.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Character Development &amp; Culture Building\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tEngage with CQ (Character Quotient) sessions and uphold CQ standards.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tUphold and promote SPARK\u2019s behaviour management strategies and cultural values.<br \/>\n\tPromote an inclusive school environment that drive diversity, equity and inclusion<br \/>\n\tPartake in school events and activities that promote CQ and SPARK culture\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Professionalism &amp; Stakeholder Engagement\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tCommunicate effectively with colleagues, families, and stakeholders.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMaintain professionalism at all SPARK Schools events and engagements.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAttend Saturday school events, parent meetings, and other required activities.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPromote and model SPARK Schools\u2019 vision, mission, and values.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Compliance &amp;
