Qualifications and Competencies<\/p>\n

\tGrade 12 certificate [Matric] plus bachelor’s degree in Social Science or Behavioural Science and registration with Professional body, designated as Social Worker or Psychologist or Counsellor – SACSSP \/ HPCSA – Proof required.
\n\tIn addition, registration with the Employee Assistance Professional Association of South Africa (EAPA-SA) – Proof required.
\n\tProven exposure in Employee Health and Wellness Programme \/ Employee Assistance Programme will be an added advantage.
\n\tComputer literacy (MS Office) [Word, PowerPoint and Excel].<\/p>\n

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/p>\n

\tProvide effective and efficient Employee Health and Wellness services in the allocated areas of responsibility.
\n\tProvide professional individual and group psychosocial support services for the employees and their immediate family members.
\n\tProvide efficient and effective case management from intake to termination.
\n\tPrepare monthly and quarterly statistical reports for cases and activities conducted.
\n\tCoordinate employee sports and recreational activities.
\n\tCoordinate and monitor the activities of Employee Wellness Committees in line with the EHW Strategic Framework.
\n\tPrepare and conduct presentations on mental health and psychosocial wellness.
\n\tCoordinate organizational wellness sessions and events (mental health, physical wellness including HIV&AIDS, team building) and work-life balance interventions.
\n\tConduct Employee Health and Wellness services induction and promotion sessions.
\n\tDaily updating of relevant registers through MS (Excel) Spreadsheets to ensure that statistics are available on a daily\/weekly\/monthly basis as requested.
\n\tImplement and maintain office processes and ensure professional assistance and advice when delivering services to clients of the unit.
\n\tThe suitable candidate be required to assist in other areas other than their allocated.<\/p>\n
