\tTo provide expertise, advice and support to deliver on operational implementation plans and \/ or associated service delivery processes, ensuring effective and efficient development, enhancements, implementation, maintenance and optimisation of application modules\/subsystems, in order to continuously enhance service delivery.<\/p>\n
Education and Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s Degree \/ Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) \u00a0in IT\/Development in Computer Science\/Engineering\/Software Development\/ Information Systems (Software Development), AND 5 – 7 years\u2019 experience in an application development environment that includes large data sets of which 2 – 3 years working at a technical level.<\/p>\n
ALTERNATIVE #<\/p>\n
\tSenior Certificate (NQF 4) AND 10 years in an application development environment that includes large data sets, of which 2 – 3 years at a technical level.<\/p>\n
Industry Related Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tRelevant Certification \u2013 such as or any other Technology supported by the SARS Enterprise Architecture Framework.
\n\tMicrosoft Certified Solution Developer (or similar level Microsoft certification in SQL Server) with skills in C# and large volume data processing applications. Experience with SQL Server Integration Services and SSRS an advantage.
\n\tExtensive experience with large volume data processing applications.
\n\tExtensive experience with Service Orientated Architecture.
\n\tExtensive experience with cross platform and multi database technology data processing, including Microsoft SQL Server and DB2.
\n\tAdvanced excel development.<\/p>\n
