\tWe are a Pinelands-based e-commerce and financial services business, and we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join our team as a Client Service Consultant, based in Pinelands, Cape Town.
\n\tWe are looking for a Client Service Consultant to provide support to clients by resolving queries related to debt counselling. The role focuses on delivering\u00a0accurate\u00a0financial guidance, ensuring client retention, and\u00a0maintaining\u00a0compliance.\u00a0Additionally, agents\u00a0assist\u00a0clients with referrals to\u00a0appropriate products\u00a0and guide them in effectively using DebtBusters’ self-service tools.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tTo\u00a0handle client queries and\u00a0service\u00a0DebtBusters\u00a0clients via our various servicing channels i.e., inbound calls, emails, chat\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tEnsure\u00a0timely\u00a0and professional responses,\u00a0updates\u00a0and resolution\u00a0to client\u00a0queries,\u00a0managing their\u00a0expectations\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tThese include, but are not limited to,\u00a0queries\u00a0related to\u00a0payments, account balances,\u00a0retention, etc.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain\u00a0high\u00a0levels\u00a0of\u00a0quality by adhering to company standards and best practice\u00a0
\n\tAchieve\u00a0clearly communicated\u00a0performance targets\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tEducating and referring clients to the self-service client portal as well as appropriate additional products.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Requirements\u00a0<\/p>\n
\t1 year of Client Service Experience\u00a0
\n\tRelevant\u00a0Diploma\/Degree\u00a0advantageous\u00a0
\n\tExcellent verbal and written\u00a0communication skills\u00a0
\n\tExcellent\u00a0problem-solving skills\u00a0
\n\tEmpathy and compassion\u00a0
\n\tCalm under pressure\u00a0
\n\tPositive attitude\u00a0
