\tServest Security has an open vacancy for a Contract Manager: Security Operations to take full responsibility for the operational oversight, coordination, and performance management of Sasol Head Office. \u00a0This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring service excellence, operational compliance, and client satisfaction across within the contract.
\n\tThe successful candidate will lead site operation, manage staff performance, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure all contractual requirements are consistently met.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade A PSIRA Registered.
\n\tMatric and a relevant tertiary qualification in Security Management, Operations Management, Business Management or a related field.
\n\tMinimum of 5 years’ management experience within the Security Industry.
\n\tValid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
\n\tFirearm Competency for Business Purposes (Handgun, Shotgun and Rifle) advantageous.
\n\tMust be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
\n\tStrong report writing and investigation skills.
\n\tExcellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
\n\tAbility to implement, maintain and enforce company policies and procedures.
\n\tStrong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills with high levels of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
\n\tA professional individual who is able to represent the Servest Group’s brand image.<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tThe daily management and running of the contract in liaison with the Branch Manager.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
\n\tManage all site personnel including induction, training, development, performance management and discipline.
\n\tResponsible for all Industrial Relations and Health & Safety matters on site.
\n\tConduct risk assessments and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures.
\n\tAttend to incidents, conduct investigations and compile detailed incident and investigation reports.
\n\tCompile and submit monthly operational and client reports.
\n\tManage contract profitability through effective control of labour, overtime, leave and operational costs.
\n\tAssist with the preparation and management of rosters to ensure contractual compliance and adequate staffing levels.
\n\tEnsure sites are staffed and covered in accordance with contractual obligations at all times.
\n\tConduct site inspections and after-hours visits as required.
\n\tManage customer and staff complaints promptly, professionally and effectively.
\n\tDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
