\tBidvest Tank Terminals has an opportunity for a Commercial Administrator. This opportunity exists within the Commercial Department, based in Head Office, reporting to the Commercial Manager. The candidate must meet the following minimum criteria.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCommerce degree
\n\t3 years general commercial experience
\n\tComputer literate
\n\tSAP<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPrepare all customer invoices in accordance with the approved Schedule of Charges
\n\tLiaise with Operations to obtain and verify invoicing inputs and operational data
\n\tPrepare and issue credit notes where required
\n\tEnsure accurate and timely distribution of invoices to customers
\n\tPrepare monthly stock schedules for invoicing purposes
\n\tCompile monthly invoicing schedules
\n\tCapture throughput data and prepare corresponding throughput reports for billing
\n\tPrepare monthly revenue reports for management review
\n\tProfit and Loss statement analysis
\n\tAssist the Commercial Accountant with quarterly and annual financial and operational reporting requirements
\n\tAssist in maintaining an up-to-date contract register
\n\tCapture new rates, tariffs, and effective dates into SAP
\n\tAudit customer invoices on a quarterly basis
\n\tEnsure commercial data accuracy and consistency across systems
\n\tAssist with Commercial department budgeting
\n\tProvide ad hoc reporting and administrative support
\n\tPlace and expedite purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of all goods and services
\n\tIdentify Cost saving and cost avoidance opportunities
\n\tSupport with procurement policy & process development & reviews<\/p>\n
