\n\tYou will drive the implementation of our Skills Development Strategy and ensure alignment with the National Skills Act, the B-BBEE Skills Development pillar, and the transition to QCTO-aligned occupational qualifications.
\n\tBring your Training & Development expertise, strong knowledge of BBBEE and W&R SETA programmes, and the ability to coordinate complex Skills Development initiatives across multiple stakeholders in an evolving regulatory environment.

\tKnowledge of BBBEE priority element: Skills development
\n\tWorking knowledge of W&R SETA and its programmes
\n\tKnowledge of the South African Qualifications Framework and classification of qualifications and institutions
\n\tUnderstanding of the QCTO landscape and occupational qualification framework, including associated compliance requirements, learner pathways, and stakeholder coordination<\/p>\n
SKILLS:<\/p>\n
\tAccreditation of skills and leadership programmes
\n\tApplication of legislative requirements applicable to learning and development
\n\tCoordination of Skills Development initiatives within a complex regulatory environment (including QCTO-aligned processes)
\n\tFull spectrum of learning and development processes
\n\tPlanning, organizing, monitoring and control
\n\tRelationship management and influencing
\n\tFinancial analysis
\n\tDetail orientation<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:<\/p>\n

\t5 Years T&D related experience, including SDF and \/ or implementation of BBBEE requirements<\/p>\n

\t3 years HR \/ Training related degree\/diploma
