\tThe Fund Admin role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of Zensar’s financial services. You will be responsible for administering and managing a range of funds, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse range of financial products and gain valuable experience in the industry.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAdminister Retirement, Pension, and Provident Funds, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing of contributions and withdrawals.
\n\tProcess and manage claims, renewals, and new business, following established procedures and guidelines.
\n\tHandle bank administration tasks, including fund transfers, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records.
\n\tAdminister investment portfolios, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with investment strategies.
\n\tManage risk products, specifically death and funeral claims, by processing claims, verifying documents, and ensuring prompt payments.
\n\tAssist with customer onboarding, providing support and guidance to new clients, and ensuring a smooth transition.
\n\tHandle policy anniversary administration, sending out renewal notices, and managing policy updates.
\n\tCollaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping.
\n\tStay updated with industry regulations and best practices, implementing any necessary changes.
\n\tProvide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tA bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
\n\tMinimum 2 years of experience in fund administration, preferably in a financial services or insurance company.
\n\tKnowledge of retirement, pension, and provident fund regulations and processes.
\n\tFamiliarity with investment administration and portfolio management.
\n\tStrong understanding of risk products, especially death and funeral claims processing.
\n\tExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
\n\tProficiency in using MS Office and fund administration software.
\n\tAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
\n\tEffective communication skills, both written and verbal.
\n\tA proactive and customer-centric approach to work.<\/p>\n
