POSITION OVERVIEW<\/p>\n
Based at Port Elizabeth Branch, in order to further strengthen our local Sales team, we are currently seeking a:<\/p>\n
SALES REPRESENTATIVE \u2013\u00a0(Port Elizabeth, South Africa)<\/p>\n
Reporting directly to the\u00a0Sales Manager,\u00a0the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tAchieving assigned personal sales target,
\n\tExecuting sales tasks in assigned channel in accordance with the Artisan Sales Strategy<\/p>\n
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/p>\n
\tMaintain & develop customer relationship.
\n\tDeliver sales target for channel in assigned area.
\n\tExplore new sales potential via new customers, new SKU per customer.
\n\tCollect market information including competition information; analyse and submit to direct supervisor.
\n\tDeal with issues related to customers, search for optimal solutions for customers
\n\tCollaborate with Technical Dept to perform technical support to customer.
\n\tCollaborate with Marketing Dept in customer events: Demo tour, Seminars, New product launch.
\n\tCoordinate with other departments for the orders processing, information processing and requests from customers.
\n\tMakes sales forecast and be responsible for the accuracy of sales forecast.
\n\tIs responsible for debt and any late payment or bad debt from customers.
\n\tAssist and coordinating with the Sales Manager for planning and action to develop market share in assigned area.
\n\tPerform regular sales report and market report as required by direct supervisor.
\n\tOther tasks assigned by manager.<\/p>\n
PROFILE<\/p>\n
\tMatric and Diploma: Sales\/Marketing;
\n\tExperience: > 3-5 years in Sales, B2B is preferable, Food sector (FMCG Market) is preferable;
\n\tLanguages: English, Afrikaans, Zulu will be advantageous;
\n\tComputer literacy: Office computer (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
\n\tOther expertise: Business & result driven, presentation skill, strong interpersonal skills: establishes easily contacts, sales and negotiation skills, team player.<\/p>\n
