\tOperate company vehicles responsibly and always maintain a professional demeanour.
\n\tTransport goods, materials, and company documents between designated locations.
\n\tEnsure secure and timely delivery of confidential and sensitive documents.
\n\tCapture basic logistics information on the relevant systems\/tools (e.g., Excel trackers or approved logistics\/ ERP platforms), including dispatch\/ receiving details, and status updates, as directed.
\n\tSupport the loading\/off-loading of shipments.
\n\tMaintain accurate logistics documentation and system entries\u2014including delivery notes, waybills, and PODs, ensuring minimal rework and zero unresolved discrepancies.
\n\tCapture and manage logistics data accurately including updating tracking systems, recording delivery and dispatch information.
\n\tAssist with basic logistics administration such as checking delivery notes\/waybills, capturing proof of delivery (POD), updating simple tracking logs, and supporting filing of dispatch\/receiving documentation.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tCompleted Matric qualification.
\n\tMust have 2\u20135 years proven driving experience in a logistics, courier, security or corporate environment.
\n\tMust have South African Driver\u2019s License Code 8\/B Minimum.
\n\tValid PDP (Professional Driving Permit) is a requirement.
\n\tExposure to basic warehouse\/logistics activities (e.g., loading\/off-loading, dispatch\/receiving documentation) would be advantageous.<\/p>\n
