Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and analyse potential customer accounts across all service lines and market segments.
\n\tPrioritise client engagement based on strategic value and service offering.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
\n\tConduct client courtesy calls across various geographical areas.
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams to unlock new opportunities.
\n\tConduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs.
\n\tDevelop and implement growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
\n\tManage the full sales cycle, including contract preparation, negotiation, and after-sales support.
\n\tTrack and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
\n\tAssist with business management functions such as monthly reports and other tasks as delegated by the Head of Sales.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tMatric\u00a0
\n\tDegree or Diploma in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry or Veterinary Technology.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5-10 years\u2019 experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
\n\t2 \u2013 5 years\u2019 experience related to Customer service.
\n\tExperience in the microbiology, chemistry, or diagnostic testing industry.<\/p>\n
