\tMotus Toyota Parktown currently holds a vacancy for a Sales Representative: Parts reporting to the Manager: Parts.
\n\tThe person in this position will be responsible for ensuring Customer Satisfaction and service maintain and increase customer base and sell parts and accessories
\n\tEnsure that parts sales budget is achieved through marketing
\n\tMaintain and increase market share within area of responsibility
\n\tRetain existing customers by ensuring Customer Satisfaction
\n\tAdhere to Company Discount Policy
\n\tCommunicate market opportunities to management and other departments
\n\tEnsure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively
\n\tEnsure all customers are introduced to new Policies and promotions
\n\tEnsure regular and helpful contact with all customers and dealership staff
\n\tEnsure all returned parts are properly documented and recorded
\n\tEnsure Company assets in your care are kept in a good condition
\n\tCooperate with all staff to further the interests of the dealership
\n\tMaintain regular communication with Parts Manager
\n\tEnsure regular and helpful contact with all customers
\n\tEnsure communication with dealership staff
\n\tAttend to all meetings and training courses when required
\n\tEnsure all customer issues are reported and resolved
\n\tEnsure that all documentation is completed in time in a clear and accurate manner
\n\tEnsure that all part exchange replacements and reconditioned items schemes are operated according to Company Policy<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n
\tParts Counter Sales experience is essential.
\n\tA minimum of Grade 12.
\n\tClear Credit Record
\n\tToyota panel sales experience will be an added advantage
\n\tMust have excellent verbal communication skill
\n\tComputer literacy is essential
\n\tMust have good customer service<\/p>\n
