\n\tManage SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) by ensuring comprehensive training is delivered, programs are completed, and any gaps or noncompliance identified during training are addressed promptly.
\n\tMonitor SHE by setting clear monitoring standards, completing all required activities on time, and resolving identified issues within deadlines.
\n\tMaintain SHE compliance by regularly reviewing practices, identifying noncompliance, and addressing issues efficiently within established timeframes.
\n\tMaintain stakeholder relationships by liaising with key internal and external parties, providing and receiving feedback, and collaborating as needed.

Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12 or equivalent.
\n\tB Tech in HRD \/ Training and Development field or similar.
\n\tETDP Diploma or similar.
\n\tAdvantageous qualifications: Assessor \/ Moderator.
\n\t5+ years’ experience in Learning and Development.
\n\t4 years in the mining\/explosive\u2019s environment.
\n\tDriver\u2019s license.
\n\tMS Word, PowerPoint, Excel & SAP, Learning Management Systems (LMS).
\n\tMHSA, Explosives Act, OHSA, SDA, BBBEE.<\/p>\n
