\nPurpose<\/p>\n
\tThe Human Capital department requires a Recruitment Intern to join our team, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. The successful candidate will have a passion for people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
\n\tThe internship is a structured work-based program, affording unemployed graduates work experience in our company. The successful applicants will enter into a 12-month fixed term Internship agreement (not an employment contract) with the company and receive a stipend.<\/p>\n

\nThe successful individual would need to demonstrate the below listed competencies at an advanced level:<\/p>\n
\tStrong verbal and written communication skills
\n\tExcellent interpersonal skills and a passion for people
\n\tComputer literate with good administrative ability
\n\tHighly organised, self-disciplined, and self-motivated
\n\tDeadline-driven with a results-oriented mindset
\n\tStrong attention to detail
\n\tAbility to take ownership and responsibility
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and remain stress tolerant<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPost job advertisements on job boards and internal platforms
\n\tSource potential candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
\n\tScreen CVs and shortlist suitable applicants against job requirements
\n\tConduct initial screening calls with candidates
\n\tSchedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
\n\tMaintain regular communication with candidates and provide application updates
\n\tMaintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
\n\tPrepare interview packs and assist with recruitment-related documentation
\n\tProvide support with onboarding processes for new hires<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMatric or equivalent.
\n\tMust have completed a Degree\/Diploma in Human Resources\/ Industrial Psychology\/ Labour Relations\/ BCom Law\/LLB\/Generic Management\/Business Management and\/or related qualifications.<\/p>\n
