Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will lead the full employee lifecycle while driving talent development, leadership capability, workforce planning, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness across a growing and dynamic organization.<br \/>\n\tIf you are energized by developing people, building leadership capability and implementing initiatives that create real business value, we would like to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p>About the Role<\/p>\n<p>\tAs the senior Human Capital professional within the business, you will be responsible for delivering an integrated people strategy that attracts, develops, engages and retains talent while ensuring operational excellence across the Human Capital function.<br \/>\n\tYou will partner closely with leaders across the organization to ensure that workforce capability, leadership development and employee experience support both current business priorities and future growth.<br \/>\n\tSuccess in this role will be measured not only by strategy development, but by your ability to implement initiatives, deliver outcomes and create meaningful impact.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Human Capital Leadership<\/p>\n<p>\tLead and deliver the Human Capital strategy and operational plan.<br \/>\n\tPartner with leaders to align people initiatives with business objectives.<br \/>\n\tDrive Human Capital projects and initiatives from concept through to implementation.<br \/>\n\tMonitor and report on Human Capital metrics, trends and outcomes.<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with employment legislation and Human Capital governance requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Talent Acquisition &amp; Workforce Planning<\/p>\n<p>\tLead recruitment and workforce planning initiatives.<br \/>\n\tBuild talent pipelines for critical and future roles.<br \/>\n\tImprove recruitment effectiveness, candidate experience and quality of hire.<br \/>\n\tEnsure workforce plans are translated into practical actions and measurable outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>Learning, Talent &amp; Leadership Development<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and implement learning and development strategies aligned to business priorities.<br \/>\n\tLead leadership development, coaching and mentoring programmes.<br \/>\n\tDrive talent management and succession planning initiatives.<br \/>\n\tBuild organizational capability through targeted development interventions.<br \/>\n\tFoster a culture of continuous learning and growth.<\/p>\n<p>Performance &amp; Organizational Effectiveness<\/p>\n<p>\tLead the performance management process across the organization.<br \/>\n\tSupport managers in driving accountability and performance excellence.<br \/>\n\tIdentify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and workforce productivity.<br \/>\n\tFacilitate change and transformation initiatives where required.<\/p>\n<p>Employee Experience &amp; Employee Relations<\/p>\n<p>\tLead employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.<br \/>\n\tPromote a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture.<br \/>\n\tManage employee relations matters and provide guidance to leaders.<br \/>\n\tImplement actions that improve employee experience, retention and engagement.<\/p>\n<p>Payroll &amp; Human Capital Operations<\/p>\n<p>\tOversee payroll governance and Human Capital administration.<br \/>\n\tEnsure accurate reporting, compliance and operational excellence.<br \/>\n\tContinuously improve Human Capital systems, processes and service delivery.<\/p>\n<p>What Success Looks Like<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will:<\/p>\n<p>\tDeliver Human Capital initiatives that achieve measurable business outcomes.<br \/>\n\tBuild strong talent pipelines and reduce critical vacancies.<br \/>\n\tStrengthen leadership capability and succession readiness.<br \/>\n\tImprove employee engagement, retention and organizational culture.<br \/>\n\tDrive learning and development initiatives that enhance workforce capability.<br \/>\n\tEnsure payroll accuracy, compliance and operational excellence.<br \/>\n\tBe recognized as a trusted business partner who consistently delivers results.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<br \/>\nWhat We&#8217;re Looking For<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor&#8217;s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or related field.<br \/>\n\tPostgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Leadership Development or Business Administration will be advantageous.<br \/>\n\tProfessional Human Capital registration or membership will be advantageous.<br \/>\n\tCoaching or leadership development certification will be beneficial.<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\t7\u201310 years&#8217;
