The Senior IAM Engineer is responsible for the technical design, implementation, integration, and operation of Identity and Access Management solutions across on\u2011premises and cloud environments. The role ensures secure, scalable, and automated identity services, supporting least privilege, compliance, and operational efficiency, with exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls<\/p>\n
WHAT YOU WILL DO:<\/p>\n
IAM Engineering and Operations<\/p>\n
\tDesign, configure, and maintain IAM platforms, services, and scalable provisioning\/deprovisioning workflows.
\n\tAutomate identity lifecycle for joiners, movers, and leavers (JML).
\n\tIntegrate IAM solutions with enterprise and cloud applications.<\/p>\n
Authentication & Access Control<\/p>\n
\tImplement SSO, MFA, and federation solutions.
\n\tConfigure identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
\n\tSupport hybrid identity environments (on\u2011premises and cloud).
\n\tImplement Conditional Access and risk-based authentication policies.
\n\tApply Zero Trust principles to identity and access decisions.<\/p>\n
Directory & Cloud Identity<\/p>\n
\tManage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
\n\tSupport cloud IAM services (Azure, AWS, GCP).<\/p>\n
Access Management & Governance Support<\/p>\n
\tImplement role-based access models (RBAC).
\n\tSupport access certifications, segregation of duties (SoD), and entitlement management.
\n\tAssist with audit, compliance, and access review activities.<\/p>\n
Privileged Access Management (PAM)<\/p>\n
\tSupport PAM controls (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
\n\tAssist with privileged account onboarding and lifecycle management.
\n\tSupport enforcement of least privilege and controlled access.<\/p>\n
Automation & Continuous Improvement<\/p>\n
\tAutomate IAM processes and reduce manual access management via scripting, APIs, and workflows.<\/p>\n
Monitoring & Support<\/p>\n
\tMonitor IAM platforms for availability and security events.
\n\tTroubleshoot authentication and access-related issues.<\/p>\n
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:<\/p>\n
Minimum Education<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field\u00a0<\/p>\n
Required skills and experience:<\/p>\n
\tStrong hands-on experience with IAM engineering and implementation. Deep understanding of authentication, authorisation, and identity federation.\u00a0
\n\tUnderstanding of Privileged account lifecycle, Least privilege and JIT access, Privileged session monitoring
\n\tIAM platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping)
\n\tActive Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
\n\tCloud IAM (Azure, AWS, GCP)
\n\tPAM tools (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
\n\tScripting (PowerShell, Python, APIs)
\n\tZero Trust architecture and Conditional Access (Entra ID \/ Azure AD)<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t7+ years experience in IAM Engineering or operations
\n\tExposure to enterprise IAM implementations
\n\tExposure to PAM environments (advantageous)
