KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS<\/p>\n
\tReceive complaints and inquiries via email, telephone, and in person, and resolve complaint inquiries in a fair and timely manner
\n\tAssist members of the public with lodging complaints
\n\tCategorise and allocate complaints to relevant Complaints Administrators
\n\tAcknowledge receipt of complaints and inquiries
\n\tAssist with tracking the progress and maintenance of complaints schedules
\n\tAssist with providing updates to complainants on the status of their complaints when required
\n\tLiaise with internal departments to obtain information and supporting documentation when required
\n\tEscalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk complaints to the Complaints Officer
\n\tAssist the Complaints Officer with administration, documentation, case files, and reporting
\n\tEnsure compliance with internal procedures, policies, and service standards
\n\tMaintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
\n\tCollaborate with teams to resolve complex issues<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tA relevant Legal Degree (LLB) or equivalent
\n\t1-2 years’ experience in complaints handling
\n\tEmpathetic and patient approach<\/p>\n
