Job Description<\/p>\n
\tThis position is central to the missionaries’ role to ‘Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.’ The MTC Coordinator is an entry support level individual contributor that supports administrative and secretarial needs for different groups of our operations teams. The coordinator works with the MTC management to provide support\/service to missionaries, staff and vendors.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tGreets, welcomes, and provides directions for missionaries, MTC official visitors and visitingpublic
\n\tCorresponds and works with MTC employees, ecclesiastical leaders, various churchdepartments, missionaries, and general public
\n\tCommunicates MTC standards, protocols and policies to missionaries and visiting personnel
\n\tOversees inventory of various resources (missionary materials, office supplies, MTC vehicles,etc.)
\n\tOversee missionaries\u2019 daily physical activities\/ service\/ temple trips\/ devotionals\/ personal and companionship study
\n\tHelp arrange dental and medical appointments, and transport missionaries to set appointment
\n\tAssist with the engraving of name tags and capturing access fingerprints
\n\tReceives packages and distribute materials for missionaries
\n\tOrganizes and reviews missionary information\/itineraries\/items in preparation for arrival toMTC or departure from MTC and arrival at mission
\n\tTracks important missionary information\/ items
\n\tAssists in compiling missionary training \/translation\/practice schedules
\n\tAssists in evaluating processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
\n\tMay include othertemporary assigned duties at the MTC (e.g. assisting with MTC missionary intake anddepartures)<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMust hold a current \/ valid temple recommend and\/or be worthy to hold one
\n\tMatric and experience with administration functions.
\n\tFamiliar with computers and MS office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint andOutlook
\n\tExcellent Public Relation skills
\n\tA high degree of personal organization and self-management even in stressful situations
\n\tManage complex and highly confidential information
\n\tExcellent social skills, able to operate with diplomacy, tact, and empathy
\n\tAbility to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
\n\tAbility to understand and strictly uphold policies and procedures
\n\tAbility to learn new computer programs quickly to successfully perform the essential functions of the job<\/p>\n

\tReturned missionary,
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license
\n\tMTC teaching experience<\/p>\n
