What will you do?<\/p>\n
\tPromote Sanlam Retail Mass (SRM)\u2019s products and increase market share through sound financial advice and a high level of client service in a Branch context.
\n\tCreating opportunities for client optimisation and cross selling of value-added services.\u00a0
\n\tResponsible for Retail Branch Sales delivery and in-branch client service and client retention.
\n\tEnsure compliance, quality, and risk management.\u00a0
\n\tMonthly planning and reporting of sales and service activities in the Branch.
\n\tIdentify key internal and external stakeholders (Area Managers, Business Owners, activation sites, community forums, etc.) and determine effective engagement tactics that will contribute to building and maintaining relationships.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t1 year experience in a sales or marketing capacity
\n\tExperience within insurance branches an advantage<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12)
\n\tRE5 advantageous
\n\tFAIS Compliant (Wealth Management) as per DOFA requirements.<\/p>\n
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies<\/p>\n
\tClient service.
\n\tSales and cross-selling tactics and strategies (client optimisation).\u00a0
\n\tKnowledge on the Insurance landscape including regulatory requirements and guidelines for selling and providing advice would be ideal.\u00a0
\n\tKnowledge on insurance products would be advantageous.
