\tDesign, implement, maintain, and continuously improve quality management systems.
\n\tPlan, coordinate, & oversee all project activities to ensure completion according to specifications.
\n\tAnalyse, optimise and standardise processes to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
\n\tInspect, test and verify high-voltage electrical systems to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
\n\tIdentify, assess, analyse and monitor operational and quality-related risks to the organisation.
\n\tSupport, guide, and align production teams.
\n\tCapture, review, verify, and maintain all documentation associated with vehicle builds and faults ensure accurate execution and traceability.
\n\tDevelop, initiate, implement, and evaluate quality initiatives to optimise processes.
\n\tReport, communicate and track deviations identified during product audits to production personnel.
\n\tImplement, and monitor corrective action reports for field, supplier, and internal non-conformances.
\n\tCollect analyse, and maintain quality data to ensure accuracy.
\n\tPlan, conduct and evaluate structural welding audits in accordance with MAN and VW welding standards.
\n\tConduct audit, and improve production jigs.
\n\tReport on Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to ensure measurement accuracy and reliability.
\n\tOperate, prioritise, and deliver effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
\n\tImplement and maintain production and quality templates to support consistency and process control.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma\/ Degree in Mechanical\/Electrical Engineering\/ Quality Inspection.
\n\tQuality certification aligned to automotive standards (ISO 9001).<\/p>\n
