Visual Merchandising & Store Standards<\/p>\n
\tExecute and maintain visual merchandising standards
\n\tEnsure store layout drives sales and customer engagement

Operational Excellence<\/p>\n
\tManage daily store operations and compliance
\n\tControl store expenses and labour productivity
\n\tEnsure adherence to company policies and health & safety<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDrive store sales and achieve monthly turnover targets
\n\tLead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service
\n\tEnsure excellent visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
\n\tManage stock control, shrinkage, and inventory processes
\n\tOversee daily store operations including opening\/closing procedures
\n\tAnalyse sales reports and implement action plans to improve performance
\n\tTrain and develop staff in line with company standards
\n\tMaintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and labour legislation
\n\tBuild strong customer relationships to drive repeat business<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ Matric preferred
\n\tRelevant retail qualification (advantageous)
\n\tMust be computer literate; email & basic Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and comfortable using retail systems (POS)
\n\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in a retail supervisory or store management role
\n\tProven track record in achieving sales targets
\n\tStrong leadership and people management skills
\n\tExperience with stock management and retail systems
\n\tAbility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays<\/p>\n
