\tDriving organisation-wide growth by supporting talent management, succession planning, and employee retention.
\n\tProviding organisational development and change management support.
\n\tAdvise management and staff on performance management processes and development matters.
\n\tParticipate in developing and reviewing the HR Policies and Procedures.
\n\tProvide support on crafting and reviewing job profiles and job specifications.
\n\tPrepare HR project reports for approval by the Head of HR.
\n\tCoordinate the implementation of audit recommendations.
\n\tSupport the implementation of benchmark initiatives.
\n\tTaking the lead and working with other HR staff in the completion of assigned projects, e.g., organisational development and change management-related initiatives.
\n\tParticipate in the execution of the People strategy.\u00a0
\n\tSupport the change portfolio, which allows the Office to prepare for and successfully adopt the change.
\n\tLead the change management activities within a structured process framework.
\n\tEvaluate the change impact and organisational readiness to limit potential risks.
\n\tSupport training and communication as part of change management.
\n\tEvaluate the risk of change and provide actionable recommendations on managing its impact.
\n\tEvaluate resistance in adopting the change at the user, process, and technology level, where applicable.
\n\tConduct post-implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the change request.
\n\tSupport talent management initiatives across the Office as directed by the Head of HR.
\n\tPerform general administration and project-related functions as directed by the Head of HR.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tA\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s Degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF-7) in Human Resource Management or a related field.
\n\tMore than 5 years\u2019 experience in Human Resource Management, with exposure to organisational development, talent management, change management, and employee engagement.
\n\tRegistration with a relevant professional body (e.g., SABPP, IPM, ACMP) and knowledge of HR systems will be an added advantage.
\n\tExcellent facilitation, stakeholder management skills, organisational development, and change management skills.\u00a0
\n\tA solid understanding of HR procedures, processes, and prescripts.
\n\tKnowledge of SA Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA, SDA, EEA, etc.).
\n\tKnowledge of people standards is preferred.
\n\tMust be competent in using MS Office Suite and other digital tools to manage HR Processes.<\/p>\n
