Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, providing barista services, managing inventory, handling POS transactions, and ensuring the shop remains clean and orderly.<\/p>\n

\tCraft a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to customer preferences and company recipes.
\n\tEnsure consistency in taste and presentation of all beverages.
\n\tExperiment with new recipes and seasonal drinks to enhance the menu.
\n\tGreet customers warmly and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
\n\tTake accurate orders and provide information about the menu, including ingredients and potential allergens.
\n\tOffer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and feedback.
\n\tProcess payments efficiently, including cash, credit card, and mobile transactions.
\n\tHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or payments.
\n\tMaintain accurate cash register balances and report discrepancies to management.
\n\tRegularly clean and sanitize the work area, including counters, machines, and seating areas.
\n\tFollow health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment.
\n\tDispose of waste properly and manage recycling efforts.
\n\tMonitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
\n\tEnsure all ingredients are fresh and stored correctly.
\n\tPlace orders for new stock and manage deliveries.
\n\tPerform routine checks and maintenance on brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
\n\tTroubleshoot and report any equipment issues to management.
\n\tKeep equipment clean and in good working order.
\n\tPrepare and serve food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and cookies.
\n\tEnsure food items are fresh and presented attractively.
\n\tFollow food safety guidelines and manage food storage.
\n\tAdhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
\n\tStay updated on company policies and procedures.
\n\tParticipate in regular training sessions to maintain high standards of service.<\/p>\n
Skills and Competencies\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tHave good communication skills
\n\tMust be able to use simple arithmetic, follow directions, remember orders, read, and write
\n\tMust be able to work as part of a team or independently\u00a0
\n\tMust have the stamina to work 45-50 hours per week.
\n\tPrevious experience as a barista or in a similar role.\u00a0
\n\tExcellent customer service skills.
\n\tAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.
\n\tStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.
\n\tKnowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment maintenance.<\/p>\n
