Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<br \/>\nEmployee Relations:<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide advice to line managers regarding the conduct and misconduct management processes.<br \/>\n\tProvide advice to line managers and investigate\/process disciplinary cases.<br \/>\n\tProvide advice to line managers and investigate\/process grievances.<br \/>\n\tReview practices to ensure statutory compliance and regularly provide guidance to line managers<br \/>\n\tParticipate in consultations with organised labour.<br \/>\n\tCoach Line Managers on effective delivery of Disciplinary hearings.<br \/>\n\tManage and coordinate employee wellness including coordination of clinics and capacity in meetings.<br \/>\n\tRepresent the organisation at CCMA (Conciliation and Arbitration) and Bargaining Council.<br \/>\n\tChair the monthly meetings with Shop Stewards in the absence of HRBP.<\/p>\n<p>Resourcing:<\/p>\n<p>\tProcess permissions to recruit (workflow).<br \/>\n\tProcess the offers of employment\/negotiation.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that the Resourcing process is adhered to and jobs are timeously advertised on the eRecruitment and tracked.<br \/>\n\tManage and conduct interviews with Line Managers and selection test and make recommendations to Line for all C Band and lower positions.<br \/>\n\tSupervise the orientation of new employees.<br \/>\n\tManage probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that the site job profiles are relevant and up to date and where job evaluation is required necessary arrangements are made with Line Manager and HRBP.<\/p>\n<p>Talent Management:<\/p>\n<p>\tCoach Line Manager on Performance Management Process and Talent &amp;
