\tOur client is a growing high quality Managed Service Provider Company with an increasing client base. They are looking for the right person to join their Remote Support Team to assist in proactively supporting their growing number of IT Support clients.
\n\tApplicants for the job should have excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical terms in plain and simple language. The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate a good level of communication.
\n\tThe candidate must be professional and presentable.\u00a0 It is crucial that the preferred candidate can demonstrate independent troubleshooting skills and a high level of knowledge in business network technologies. It is important the candidate can demonstrate examples of independent working over a range of client networks.<\/p>\n
DUTIES:<\/p>\n
\tFirst line call handling, ticket logging, remote support and escalation of helpdesk tickets.
\n\tManage and monitor call queues ensuring adherence to SLA\u2019s.
\n\tEnsure that customers are updated regularly on the status of their issues.
\n\tEffectively assign tickets to the relevant team based on priority, category & SLA.
\n\tTroubleshoot issues with client workstations, servers & network infrastructure.
\n\tIdentify reoccurring incidents.
\n\tWork with third party vendors to troubleshoot hardware and software faults.
\n\tEnsure all documentation is clear, concise, and updated in the helpdesk system.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tBasic Microsoft Exchange admin skills.
\n\tWorking knowledge of Windows desktop operating system.
\n\tKnowledge of server operating system and network architecture (DNS, DHCP, TCP\/IP).
\n\tMicrosoft Server 2012 Onwards, Active Directory, Exchange 2013 Onwards and Hyper-V.
\n\tExperience in an MSP environment.
\n\tMicrosoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and AD Connect.
\n\tYou should be able to work under pressure and multitask.
\n\tYou should possess excellent customer service and communication skills as well as having a logical and methodical approach to troubleshooting.
\n\tYou should have a good telephone manner, good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge.
\n\tYou should enjoy working with customers and take pleasure & pride in resolving their issues.<\/p>\n
