What You’ll Be Doing:<\/p>\n
\tSupporting the Store the day-to-day running of the store
\n\tLeading, motivating, and developing team members to deliver their very best
\n\tEnsuring exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
\n\tAssisting with staff scheduling, stock control, and daily administration
\n\tDriving sales and helping the store achieve its targets
\n\tMaintaining brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety requirements
\n\tMonitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
\n\tStepping up to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager<\/p>\n
What We’re Looking For:<\/p>\n
\tPrevious experience in a supervisory, or junior management role
\n\tA passion for people, service, and leadership
\n\tA positive attitude and a hands-on approach
\n\tStrong communication and problem-solving skills
\n\tThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
\n\tA willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
\n\tFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ Matric certificate (essential)
\n\tMinimum of\u00a02\u20133 years’ experience\u00a0in a supervisory, Assistant Manager, or Junior Store Manager role within the\u00a0QSR, fast food, restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry
\n\tProven experience leading and managing teams
\n\tStrong understanding of customer service principles
\n\tExperience with stock control and cash handling
\n\tBasic computer literacy and administrative skills
\n\tAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
\n\tReliable transport to and from work
\n\tA clear criminal record
\n\tSouth African citizenship or a valid work permit
\n\tA strong desire to build a long-term career in operations and progress into senior leadership roles<\/p>\n
