Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and grow client accounts across multiple industries including mining, oil & gas, construction, ports, rail, and industrial sectors
\n\tBuild strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams
\n\tLearn and understand deeply the company’s key products and divisions to identify opportunities across client operations
\n\tUnderstand client requirements and provide solutions from across the company’s various divisions
\n\tTravel extensively throughout Africa, including countries such as Guinea, Angola, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, DRC, Tanzania, Mozambique, Malawi, Ghana, Mali, and Ivory Coast
\n\tMaintain strong communication and follow-up with clients and internal departments
\n\tWork closely with buyers, admin teams, logistics, finance, dispatch, and division heads to ensure smooth project execution
\n\tMaintain and update workflow systems, CRM systems, and weekly client progress tracking
\n\tPresent weekly updates to the CEO, COO, and CFO regarding client activity, opportunities, quotations, progress, and pipeline growth
\n\tContinuously look for new project opportunities and ways to grow accounts\ufeff<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tStrong communication and relationship-building skills
\n\tWillingness to travel extensively across Africa
\n\tStrong willingness to learn technical products and multiple industries
\n\tHighly driven, self-motivated, and energetic
\n\tAbility to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
\n\tStrong organisational and reporting skills
\n\tPositive attitude and strong work ethic
