Ensure that the correct Diversey products are used in each water treatment application on site
\n\tCheck suitability of chemistry for application
\n\tCheck suitability of chemistry against the equipment material of construction
\n\tEnsure that products are being dosed at the correct concentration (guide sitebased team on testing methodology for products)
\n\tEnsure that the correct dosing philosophy is applied
\n\tEnsure that the sitebased team are tracking the correct process KPIs to measure efficacy and efficiency of the process
\n\tIf there are gaps with any of the above, work together with the commercial and TCS team to ensure urgent closure of actions
\n\tCheck weekly reports from the sites to ensure we are tracking well on water treatment applications
\n\tIf anomalies are picked up on water treatment results
\n\tSupport with site audits to drive problem solving
\n\tEngage with customer and Diversey sitebased team on observations and detailed recommendations
\n\tTrack action closure
\n\tUndertake routine audits for water treatment processes with the following key objectives:
\n\tImprove efficacy
\n\tImprove efficiency
\n\tDrive sustainability
\n\tIdentify new opportunities for application of Diversey products to support in achieving annual AOP targets
\n\tAudit reports will be required 3 days post each audit (unless specified otherwise)
\n\tIf there are multiple tenders\/new business opportunities at the same time, our full specialist team will need to be deployed to support the process by:
\n\t\u00a0Going to different sites with a team to audit the tender scope (focus on hygiene solutions: CIP. OPC, etc)
\n\tPropose Diversey products with recommended consumptions (as per best practice \u2013 training and engagement with our regional and global specialists will be needed)
\n\tIdentify projects that can support the site in reduction of cost, improve micro, and drive sustainability (which can be included in the tender proposal)
\n\tEngage with stakeholders on site to understand their pain points to inform the solutions we propose
\n\tTimelines will be as per the tender or specified requirements
\n\tGood communication skills \/ Engagement with the commercial team and customer
\n\tGood presentation and report writing skills
\n\tExcellent numerical and excel skills
\n\tActive listening skills
