Ensure cost effectiveness by maximising cost\/benefit ratios.<br \/>\n\tIdentify opportunities to generate additional revenue.<br \/>\n\tOversee media planning and buying for regional campaigns, optimizing reach and ROI.<\/p>\n<p>Governance, Policies and Procedures<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure effective implementation of (and compliance towards) all company policies, processes, and procedures. Put effective methods<br \/>\n\tand standards in place in alignment with aforementioned.<br \/>\n\tEnsure brand governance, compliance, and consistency across regional marketing initiatives.<br \/>\n\tAs part of a governance forum\/ interlock, participate in regular alignment meetings or collaborative platforms to share insights<br \/>\n\tbetween central and regional teams. Review regional adaptations to ensure consistency with national strategies.<br \/>\n\tEmpower regional marketing team to execute GTM activities but ensure they align with central branding and strategic guidelines (e.g.<br \/>\n\tCentral Team provides a toolkit, Regional Teams use the toolkit to create localized variations).<br \/>\n\tManage and provide solutions to escalations that have multiple processes \/ functions impact on critical path of service delivery<br \/>\n\tContinuously review key risks, issues and dependencies and set mitigation actions. Proactively flag and escalate issues and manage<br \/>\n\timpacts on resources, cost and productivity<\/p>\n<p>Continuous Improvement<\/p>\n<p>\tDrive best practice, continuous improvement and innovation at process and procedure level within Regions Marketing Operations.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that the relevant analysis of market knowledge, trends and competitive information is gathered and assimilated.<br \/>\n\tInitiate change to continually improve all aspects of service delivery and drive continuous improvement as an important element of service delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Key Activities &amp; Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>People and Culture Management<\/p>\n<p>\tLead, mentor, and manage segment teams providing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and maintain a high-performance team that consistently meets or exceeds targets. Review the team\u2019s performance against<br \/>\n\tagreed KPIs and drive plans for improvement.<br \/>\n\tFoster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within the team.<br \/>\n\tSet integrated goals and objectives for the team in order to achieve a future-focused, future-fit high-performing organisation.<br \/>\n\tProvide technical, procedural and policy guidance to staff, colleagues , partners and vendors.<br \/>\n\tAttract, develop and retain appropriate talent.
