About The Role<\/p>\n
\tFDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking an Application Support Analyst for our client within the banking sector, this will be a hybrid role based in Johannesburg.
\n\tAs an Application Support Analyst, you will be working with business and technical teams for our client. You will be responsible for the logging and triaging of tickets, troubleshooting and diagnostics as well as job scheduling and automation. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of SQL and have Linux experience in an operational environment. You will have the ability to work in a strong team environment and be able to work under a complex and high pressure environment.<\/p>\n
About You
\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
\tWorking knowledge of SQL
\n\tLinux experience in a live operational environment
\n\tBasic scripting (Python, JavaScript)
\n\tNetworking
\n\tStrong teamwork and self-starter attitude
\n\tAnalytical thinking and creative problem solving
\n\tMust be able to communicate clearly and effectively in technically complex and high-demand environments
\n\tAbility to operate under high pressure
\n\t1 year of experience in a similar role preferred<\/p>\n
