\tThe successful candidate will be expected to lead, manage, and guide a team of Life telesales consultants to reach the required targets. To facilitate any necessary course of action to achieve this purpose.<\/p>\n
Key Outputs<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will be expected, but not limited to perform the following key outputs:<\/p>\n
\tLeading and managing a team of 10 \u2013 13 Life telesales agents
\n\tPerformance Management, coaching and developing team.
\n\tDrive staff to achieve required targets and is accountable for teams’ overall sales targets
\n\tAssessment of consultant’s calls – QA.
\n\tAssisting with interviews & Role plays.
\n\tDealing with elevated queries\/problems.
\n\tManaging the ongoing relationship between brokers.
\n\tEnsuring continual communication between management and staff.
\n\tAdhere to and enforce internal policies.
\n\tInspire, motivate, and support team.
\n\tAble to work overtime from time to time, which may include weekends.<\/p>\n

Qualification & Experience<\/p>\n
Essential Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \u2013 essential
\n\t4 years outbound\/ Inbound experience
\n\t3 years Team Leader\/leadership experience \u2013
\n\tProficient in English (writing, reading, speaking)
\n\tComputer literate – MS Office, especially Excel \u2013 essential
\n\tRegulatory Exam and NQF 5 FAIS credit<\/p>\n
Advantageous Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBi-lingual \u2013 advantage (writing, reading, speaking)
\n\tB COMM or related degree will be advantageous<\/p>\n
