\tWe are recruiting for a dynamic candidate to join our Finance department. Reporting to the\u00a0Financial Manager and the Finance Director, the ideal candidate should meet the following\u00a0requirements and be able to fill the subsequent responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Skills and requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMin. qualification: Grade 12 with Accounting as a subject.
\n\tA relevant financial certificate will be an advantage.
\n\tMin. experience: 3 years\u2019 experience in a similar role.
\n\tExperience in telephonic debt collection is an advantage.
\n\tStrong administrative background.
\n\tExcellent communication in English (both verbal and written), Afrikaans preferred
\n\tComputer literacy \u2013 Ms Word, Ms Excel, Outlook, Internet, Ms Navision will be an\u00a0advantage<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tControl and process debtors\u2019 invoices, statements and payments.
\n\tManage credit applications and new accounts.
\n\tCollect outstanding monies and solve queries and problems.
\n\tEnsure that all credit notes are correctly authorised
\n\tKeep debtors\u2019 records and filing updated.
\n\tReconcile and balance debtors\u2019 ledger on daily basis
\n\tReconcile general ledger accounts (Deposits received)
\n\tProvide assistance with creditors\u2019 ledger when required.
\n\tSwitchboard relief from time to time.
\n\tRoutine tasks as laid down from time to time.<\/p>\n
