\n\tThis role is contributing to the IS Service in Longmeadow.<\/p>\n
You will be mainly accountable for:<\/p>\n
\tApplications configuration and administration, including changes implementation.
\n\tDevelop and support SharePoint sites, Power Apps and Forms, Power BI dashboards.
\n\tGathering, analyzing and documenting requirements from different levels of stakeholders.
\n\tDocumenting detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
\n\tPreparing test cases to cover all software functionality (optional).
\n\tMicrosoft Office i.e O365 preferable, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform and any other relevant applications.
\n\tValidating and verifying developed solution.
\n\tConducting acceptance tests with stakeholders.
\n\tManaging requirements changes.
\n\tData maintenance reports creation and maintenance (within application).
\n\tWriting technical documentation and building knowledge base for the application\/s.
\n\tSupporting business to setup\/environment new solutions.
\n\tOperational tasks execution and monitoring.
\n\tApplication, Incidents and change management for the relevant Application\/s.
\n\tCollaboration with IS Applications and IS infrastructure teams.
\n\tCollaborates with IS and Business Stakeholders, ARIC and IS Compliance to ensure applications\/solutions meet business and compliance requirements.
\n\tAssists in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of applications\/solutions that support internal and cross-functional processes related to IS Services.
\n\tEngage with Group Internal Audit IS and Compliance to ensure alignment and efficiency when required (i.e .during local audits).
\n\tIS Solutions on assignment, is involved in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of IS solutions\/services.
\n\tIS Services Is consulted, gives advice and supports the installation of new IS solutions\/services, or the changing of existing IS solutions\/services. When involved, delivers the appropriate IS solution\/service according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in time, in budget and at quality.
\n\tKeeping service offering, polices and processes up to date for relevant application\/s.
\n\tGovernance for assigned tasks, executes all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACIS (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed, Support) specification.
\n\tAssist in IS projects where needed locally and globally.

Qualifications for the role<\/p>\n
\tMust have a Degree in Information Systems or Information Technology.
\n\tStrong Analytical, reporting skills and attention to detail.
\n\tKnowledge and experience of Microsoft products, Windows 10, Microsoft Office (O365 preferable, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft PowerApps, Power BI)
\n\tExperience in writing technical and support documentation.
\n\tStrong problem solving skills.
\n\tExcellent communication skills.
\n\tDemonstrated ability to take a broad view of his\/her position and take initiative to communicate, interact and cooperate with others.
\n\tAbility to communicate across all levels of the organization, across multiple time zones, technical and non-technical audiences, to convey IT information and processes in a clear and concise fashion.
\n\tKnowledge of virtualized environments and storage.
\n\tPreference will be given to previously disadvantaged candidates in line with the company’s employment equity targets<\/p>\n
